The section is very messy now.

MiaoTing : miaoting, you can play de but you just need to play louder. The next SYF depend on you and sec1 le.

Leona : Leona, you must stop squeezing and just relax your mouth. your tone needs to be improved a lot.

Amanda : Must support the section.

Yuen Sian : You must start working hard! don't slack already. improved on your tone also. don't squeeze also! is no use squeezing, waste your effort only. and i will sit beside you everytime during combine, and make sure i can hear you.

Yao Dong (don't know you will see this anot) : anyway. You can play very good de. you must try to play louder, amanda will sit beside you to pressurise you! must love your instument and don't ever think quitting. i'll kill you! roar!


This is for everyone:
By the end of this month, august, EVERYONE must be able to hold your notes for at least 20 seconds. MUST! then all your tone must be very good! i don't want to hear anymore focing sound from anyone. Everyone must play be able to play loud, but must be nice. No blasting and forcing.
If got anyone cannot hold their notes for 20 seconds, you will run. Short of 1 second run 1 round. 5 seconds run 5 rounds. around the hall. this applies to everyone, including SL.
Don't think i write all this for fun. i expect an improvement from everyone. Always strive to be the best.
And when playing, everyone listen to me. follow the conductor. Play together as a section.


Everyone will be changing their instrument and i'm still thinking who to use what instrument. As for miaoting and Leona, you all will get a piece, maybe 1 or 2 piece. and then me and alamanda will give you marks. The one that score higher use the NEWly bought trombone. The marking scheme will be : tone, expressiveness, dynamics, and i forgot. This so called competition is to ensure fairness. Judges decision would be final. LOL.
